Newly released body camera footage obtained by KOMO News from the Tacoma Police Department (TPD) shows officers arresting former NBA All-Star and SuperSonics legend Shawn Kemp in the parking lot of the Tacoma Mall in March.
Kemp pleaded not guilty to one count of assault for a shooting that took place on March 8 over a stolen cell phone.
