South Carolina officials said ‘senior skip day’ turned violent after two fights broke out and six people were shot in Isle of Palms Friday. Two teens have been arrested in connection with the case. Isle of Palms Police Chief Kevin Cornett and Charleston County Sheriff Kristin Graziano gave updates about the case. The Low Country’s Republican US Representative Nancy Mace said there needs to be stricter access to guns.
