DCSD has actually spent a fraction of money indicated for security, mental health in wake of STEM shooting
Just days after the deadly school shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch in May 2019, elected leaders pledged $10 million to improve school safety and mental health. But nearly two years later, Denver7 Investigates has discovered a majority of that money has not been spent.
