Denver DA’s hubby could again deal with arson charges for breaking fire restriction in Grand County
Denver District Attorney Beth McCann’s husband was referred to the 14th Judicial District Attorney’s Office for allegedly violating a fire ban in Grand County close to where the East Troublesome Fire is burning.
